History

Warren Strybosch’s childhood friend passed away from breast cancer in her early 40’s.  It had such an impact on Warren that he decided he wanted to make a latest impact and help as many people as possible.  He had a passion for local Not-For-Profits and wanted to also do something overseas.   Warren knew he did not have the skills to build wells overseas or give ladies sewing machines to run micro businesses but he knew he could, as an ex-teacher and lecturer, partner with a university overseas, train people and then help them find employment.  To this end he founded both the Find Foundation (local) to support NFPs and helped set up Find Hope Today to train filipinos and help them find employment with Australian businesses.

Find Hope, was Founded in 2014, with a mission to create create job opportunities for those living in developing countries and provide virtual assistance support to Australian companies – a win-win partnership.  From its humble beginnings, the company has grown into a trusted provider of professional, friendly, and personalised services, helping clients achieve their business goals while creating meaningful opportunities for local talent.  Warren has personally hired over 20 staff even when there was no position for them.  Each staff person hired is not only supporting that staff person but supporting up to three families who might be living under the one roof.

Based in Janiuay, Find Hope is dedicated to offering employment opportunities to individuals in Janiuay and surrounding regions.  It has become an employer of choice in the region and is well respected by those in local government for the difference it is making in rural Phillipines.

Find Hope is not designed to make large amounts of money.  To that end, Australian Businesses can pay as little as $7.50 AUD per hour to hire a staff person.  Given the average wage in the Phillipines is $1 AUD a day, this presents an opportunity to both the person being hired and the Australian business needing additional staff.

Consider hiring a staff person today via Find Hope.
